Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect and make sense of what you are going through. I provide thoughtful, trauma-informed support for adults seeking clarity, stability and meaningful change.

People often seek counselling when life begins to feel overwhelming or when ongoing difficulties start to affect their wellbeing, relationships or sense of direction. You may be navigating work stress, family pressures, loss, past trauma, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety or a general sense of feeling stuck.

Counselling offers a supportive space to slow down and reflect on what you are experiencing. Together we work to understand the patterns, experiences and pressures that may be shaping your current situation, with the aim of building insight, strengthening emotional stability and supporting meaningful change.

In our work together, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches depending on your needs and preferences. This may include practices that support present-moment awareness and self-compassion, approaches that build on personal strengths, and therapies that help people process difficult experiences and better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions and relationships. I also incorporate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) principles and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
